Due to the current situation in Ukraine, the LeadGen Studio team could not stay away.

We received a task – to create a landing page for the charity project “State of freedom. The first month of resistance” from Ukrainian artists and volunteers.

The landing page was designed for an English-speaking audience abroad, its purpose was to raise money to support Ukrainian children affected by the war.

Our team had to create the structure of this landing page, design, develop the page on the Tilda platform and connect the payment system. We have accepted this task.

The essence of the project

The project was organized by Ukrainian artists, in particular – photographers. Its essence is to sell a series of 17 photos about the war for the amount that a person deems necessary to donate to Ukraine.

All the money from the sale of the photo was transferred to the charity fund “Voices of Children”.

The task was to raise $100,000 for all children affected by the war in one way or another, the average amount of donation was planned at $100.

What was done

Landing page structure

Using the text from the customer, we have created the structure of the page to correctly and competently submit information and make visitors act.

The landing page consisted of 5 screens:
– the main screen with a brief description and a CTA button
– description of the essence of the project
– examples of photos from the series and a CTA button
– description of the project team and its goals, links to the organizers on Instagram
– links to contact the author of the project and the developers of the page

Design

According to the structure, we made a landing page design. The customers’ request was to design the page in the colors of Ukraine – yellow and blue.

The entire landing page design looked like this:

Adaptive layout

Having prepared all the necessary materials, we developed the landing page on the Tilda platform. It was important to take into account the adaptability of the layout – so that the page was displayed correctly on any device and screen of any size.

Since a large number of people are currently surfing the Internet from mobile devices, as well as because the landing page was designed for promotion on social media, we paid special attention to the mobile layout.

Connecting the payment system

Since the target action was related to a financial transaction, we connected the payment system – WayForPay.

Thanks to this, it was as easy as possible to buy a series of photos and donate funds for Ukraine – it could be done without even entering card details, using Apple Pay or Google Pay, if they are connected to a smartphone.

Results and further work

The landing page was shown to an English-speaking audience, without advertising – through opinion leaders.

The link to the project page was shared by Elon Musk’s mother in her story on Instagram:

Now the landing page continues to be promoted to the English-speaking audience, we have prepared a Ukrainian version of the page, which we will also promote in Ukraine and among Ukrainian speakers abroad.

Work on the project continues, this case will be updated when we receive figures from the organizers and supplemented with reports and results.
